The Longmont Landlord Tenant training alliance is a collaborative program between the Longmont Police Department and Community and Neighborhood Resources.
The Landlord Training Alliance is held every 2nd Wednesday of the month at: Longmont Senior Center, 910 Longs Peak Avenue, Rooms D & E, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Each monthly training has been approved by the Colorado Division of Real Estate for 2 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) for licensed realtors.
