What You Need to Know About Bed Bugs

You own a rental property. Your tenants are distraught because they never had bed bugs before moving in now, their furniture is crawling with them! But . .  . your property never had bed bugs before the tenants moved in. How did bed bugs get into your property? Who is responsible for extermination? Is extermination possible?

Bed bugs have become a huge issue for landlords and tenants in Longmont. They are easy to get and difficult to get rid of. David James has a doctorate in entomology from CSU and is the owner of James Pest Control. David will talk about bed bug control in homes, apartment buildings, motels and hotels.  If you have bed bugs, you won’t want to miss this presentation.    If you DON’T have bed bugs, you need to know how to keep them out of your home or properties.
